SUMMARY
The registration of the appliance was a sore point for the customer who wanted to register their coffee maker. There were multiple entry points, duplicate pages and sections. I simplified the flow with a seamless experience to be able to register with or without an account. We implemented a feedback survey to learn more about our customers and be able to target them better.
